Ακολουθεί ανακοίνωση-πρόσκληση για το 8ο Ευρωπαϊκό Συνέδριο Ιατρικής Φυσικής που θα πραγματοποιηθεί στην Αθήνα. Η ανακοίνωση είναι πολύ πρόσφατη και εξ΄όσων έχω πληροφορηθεί παρά το γεγονός ότι αναφέρεται η 30η Απριλίου ως καταληκτική ημερομηνία για την  υποβολή abstracts έχει δοθεί παράταση μέχρι τις 10 του Μάη.

We are inviting you to participate to the 8th European Conference on Medical Physics, which will be held in Athens 11-13 of September 2014. The conference is organized by the Hellenic Association of Medical Physicists in collaboration with EFOMP.

We have organized an exciting scientific program (http://www.efomp-2014.gr/index.php/ct-menu-item-5) which covers all the main areas of Medical Physics. More than55 prestigious invited speakers (http://www.efomp-2014.gr/index.php/ct-menu-item-5/invited-speakers) from all over the world will present the state-of-the-art subjects in our field as well as all major organizations i.e. IAEA, ICRP, EU, EFOMP, AAPM and MEFOMP, are participating with focused symposia on current research, education and professional issues. We remind you that all accepted abstracts will be published to a special issue of theEuropean Journal of Medical Physics (http://www.efomp-2014.gr/index.php/2013-12-27-16-22-29/ecmp-2014) , as well as selected papers will be published as full papers in this journal after peer review process (http://www.efomp-2014.gr/index.php/2013-12-27-16-22-29/ejmp-special-issue) . Deadline for abstract submission is 30^th April!
