Guidelines for Power Point Presentation
Speakers are requested to send their PowerPoint presentations ahead of time, preferably by Friday 18th March 2011, to optinm@campbe.com.
Please make sure to save the presentation in Microsoft Power Point 97-2003 or Microsoft Power Point 2007 document. Please specify if you need any special software for display or playback of embedded images, videos, etc. Authors with very large presentations (larger than 5 MB) should bring their presentations with them on a USB stick and submit it to the presentations Office at least one day before their presentation to ensure that this can be presented.
Presentations from personal laptops will not be possible.
Release of power point presentations:
The length of your presentation should not exceed the following time limits:
Invited Presentation: 50 minutes presentation and 10 minutes discussion.
Keynote Presentation: 25 minutes presentation and 5 minutes discussion.
Session Presentation: 15 minutes presentation and 5 minutes discussion.
Release of power point presentations:
Speakers who agree that the PDF file of their presentation can be posted on the Conference website are kindly requested to sign the attached release form and to return it by email to optinm@campbe.com. The form can be downloaded 
here in Microsoft Word Format
