Authors are asked to prepare their proceeding papers in Microsoft Word format, and in PDF format, according to the templates. Guidelines and other instructions are provided below. Please submit your paper to the organisers at optinm@campbe.org the latest by the 16th of January 2011.
IOP Proceedings Licence
The Lead author of each submitted paper must read, sign and submit the Proceedings Licence by email on behalf of all his/her co-authors together with their paper the latest by the 16th of January 2011.

Length of paper
For Invited Speaker papers, the length of the paper should be 4 – 8 pages.
For Keynote Speaker papers, the length of the paper should be 4 – 6 pages.
For Session Speaker papers, the length of the paper should be 2 – 4 pages.
How to submit your paper
Please, submit your paper directly to optinm@campbe.org.
What you need to supply
You need to supply the following items (as discussed below):
• The Word file of your paper for the reviewers to comment on
• The PDF file of your paper.
• Any multimedia files you wish to publish online as an integral part of your paper
• The signed IOP Proceedings Licence.
The Word file of your paper
This will be reviewed by at least two Reviewers and will be used by them to insert comments and suggestions on the paper. These comments will be compiled by the Conference Chairs and send to the lead author for considering and resubmitting it to the email address given above. The Peer review policy is available

The PDF file of your paper
Authors should convert and submit their papers also in PDF format.
Any multimedia files you wish to publish online
• IOP Publishing encourages authors to submit multimedia or supplementary data to enhance the online versions of published research articles.
• There are no fees or charges for including supplementary items with your paper.
