We are pleased to inform you that the special issue of the journal Radiation Protection Dosimetry containing many lectures and proffered papers presented at the International Conference on Radiation Protection in Medicine, 1-3 September 2010 in Varna, Bulgaria, is now published.

On behalf of the organizers CAMPBE would like to invite you to participate in the 5th European Conference of the International Federation for Medical and Biological Engineering, to be held in Budapest, 14-18 September, 2011. The first congress of this series held in Vienna in 1999 was a major breakthrough with more than 1000 scientific papers. The following congresses (Vienna 2002, Prague 2005, and Antwerp 2008) showed that biomedical engineers from all over the world are willing to meet in Europe.
